These general conditions are applicable to any purchase of service as well as to any use of the site www.sansuk.ch operated by TGJ San Suk Sàrl, this document containing the legal notices.

The internet platform offers an online catalog describing all the services offered by TGJ San Suk Sàrl which reserves the right to complete the present online catalog or to cease their distribution at its sole discretion and at any time.

ARTICLE 3: FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT

3.1 Through the website www.sansuk.ch Reservations can be generated using a simple form

3.1.1 Reservations can be made by the user on the website https://salonkee.ch/salon/san-suk-massage-geneve which remains the secure transaction platform

3.1.3 A summary is then sent to the user, showing the choices made as well as the price of the total amount of the reservation, with indication of the payment method for which the user opts.

3.2 By telephone

3.2.1 Reservations can be made by telephone during the company's opening hours. TGJ San Suk Sàrl,  this will be paid by credit card remotely or on site at the time of the service depending on the decision of the service provider.

3.2.2 A confirmation email will be sent to the customer by email, including the details and total amount of the final reservation recorded.

ARTICLE 4: PRICE, PAYMENT TERMS and SPECIAL OFFERS

4.1 Prices for activities are indicated in Swiss Francs including tax and are those in effect on the day of reservation.

4.2 Activities are subject to VAT at the current rate.

4.3 The user can opt to pay by credit card, or by cash at the salon.

4.4 En case of non-payment or refusal of authorization from the client's bank, the company

TGJ San Suk Sàrl will be entitled to refuse the reservation.

4.5 Sponsor voucher referral program conditions:

- The offer is only valid for new customers, on their first reservation for the godson.  

- The godson benefits from a 15 CHF reduction on his first treatment.  

- The sponsor receives a 20 CHF gift voucher that can be used on their next visit.  

- Offer cannot be combined with other current promotions. 

- The sponsorship voucher with its unique number must be presented when making an appointment.

 (or just give the reference number) 

- Valid only for one year, only in our salon.

ARTICLE 5: PROOF OF RESERVATIONS

5.1 Data entered in the company's databases TGJ San Suk Sàrl constitute proof of past reservations, subject to an obvious material error for which it is the customer's responsibility to provide proof.

5.2 Data relating to past reservations constitute accepted and enforceable methods of proof under the same conditions as acts established in writing.

ARTICLE 6: SECURITY OF PAYMENTS

6.1 Activity reservations are subject to regular checks. The proper functioning of these controls may constrain the company TGJ San Suk Sàrl to suspend the process of placing reservations, and to request from the user the provision of supporting documents, such as proof of address, identity or debit, which must comply with the information entered by the user when placing the reservation the reservation, as well as the contact details of the holder of the bank card used, billing details entered during the reservation as well as, where applicable, the contact details of the holder of the payment card used.

6.2 The information collected during these checks may be subject to automated data processing, in order to define a level of transaction security and to combat bank card fraud.

ARTICLE 7: TRANSFER OF PROPERTY/TRANSFER OF RISK

The delivery of activities to the client will result in transfer of ownership and risks.

ARTICLE 8: NON-CONFORMITY

8.1 Any error relating to the activities ordered must be reported by the customer, by email (contact section of the site), within 24 hours following the date of receipt of the reservation.

8.2 Complaints which are not made under the conditions stipulated in this article cannot be taken into account, and cannot under any circumstances give rise to a reimbursement from the company. TGJ San Suk Sàrl towards the customer.

ARTICLE 9: CONDITIONS OF USE OF ACTIVITIES

9.4 The delivery of the Service is subject to the specific conditions of the company TGJ San Suk Sàrl, particularly in terms of cancellation or modification of the reservation, age limit and physical conditions of the Beneficiary(ies); in any event, the company TGJ San Suk Sàrl cannot be held liable due to the performance of any service.

9.5 Certain conditions must be taken into consideration, physical condition of participants and in particular contraindications such as:

❗️All massages sold by TGJ San Suk Sàrl are contraindicated for pregnant women less than 4 months old, and postpartum other than normal childbirth, for certain chronic pathologies, post-operative continuation, allergies to essential oils and breastfeeding, it is recommended to ensure this by asking by email or telephone .

The company TGJ San Suk Sàrl pwe may validly refuse the execution of the service, or postpone it, in the event of failure to meet the required conditions.

9.6 The beneficiary is required, in the context of the execution of the service, to comply with the basic rules of prudence, in particular with regard to contraindications to massages. Aware of these risks, the beneficiary declares that he fully accepts the consequences.

ARTICLE 10: CUSTOMER SERVICE – COMPLAINTS:

Any request for information and details relating in particular to purchase, reimbursement, exchange, operation of activities, must be addressed to the Company TGJ San Suk Sàrl by email or by post.

ARTICLE 11: PERSONAL DATA

11.1 The website www.sansuk.ch  is hosted by www.ionos.fr, and created by www.kanasta.eu 

11.2 The company TGJ San Suk Sàrl will resort to the collection of personal data concerning the Customer during, in particular, reservations for Products, this information will be mandatory to validate said reservation.

11.3 The Customer will have the possibility to object free of charge, apart from those linked to the transmission of the refusal, to the use of his personal data, when these are collected and each time a prospecting email is sent to him.

11.4 The company TGJ San Suk Sàrl may also be required to transfer data concerning the User to third parties including its Partners.

11.5 In application of the Data Protection and Liberties provisions, the customer has a right of access, rectification, deletion of personal data and a right of opposition which he can exercise.

11.6 The user is informed of the fact that the Site uses Cookies designed to be used only by the company TGJ San Suk Sàrl

12.1 The company TGJ San Suk Sàrl cannot under any circumstances be held liable if the non-performance or poor performance of the contract is attributable to the Client, or to the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party unrelated to the provision of the Services provided for in the contract, or to a case of force major.

12.2 Unless otherwise provided by law, the company TGJ San Suk Sàrl may under no circumstances be held liable in the event of damage caused by the Customer.

ARTICLE 13: INDEPENDENCE OF CONTRACTUAL CLAUSES

In the event that one of these provisions were to be declared null or deemed unwritten, the validity of the other provisions of the General Marketing Conditions would not be affected.

ARTICLE 14 : ASSURANCE : 

The company TGJ San Suk Sàrl has taken out civil and professional liability insurance with the company 'La Vaudoise' which covers in particular the financial consequences that may be borne by the insured due to bodily, material and immaterial damage caused to the beneficiary as a result of faults, errors of fact or of law, omissions or negligence committed during its activity as an issuer of activities.

ARTICLE 15: APPLICABLE LAW:

The law applicable to the General Conditions of Marketing and the contract concluded on the occasion of an activity reservation is Swiss and cantonal Geneva law for all disputes relating, in particular, to their validity, interpretation, execution or termination.
